You’ll start with a discounted Personal Safety Consultation, followed by five private lessons, where you'll gain essential skills to spot and avoid danger, minimise risk, and understand self-defence laws.
From de-escalation tactics to explosive movement, you’ll learn to use everyday objects as weapons, execute unconventional strikes, and defend against real-world attacks—even against larger, stronger opponents.
Higher-tier packages offer greater discounts and longer lesson durations, giving you more time to sharpen your skills.
Due to the use of punchbag and training dummy, the Intro Course is only available at my location (Kidbrooke SE9).
