Imagine knowing your family can navigate life with confidence, aware and prepared for potential dangers. The Family Personal Safety Consultation (FPSC) is designed to give parents and children the essential skills and strategies to stay safe together.
Launched in 2022 after 12 years of teaching Urban Krav Maga and extensive research in the world of self-defence, the FPSC was created to address a gap in modern education. Most courses focus only on physical techniques - but true self-defence starts with awareness, preparation, and avoidance, skills every parent wants their children to have.
Families take part together, learning age-appropriate strategies that empower children without frightening them, while giving parents the confidence to protect and guide their loved ones. Physical training can be added to complement the consultation, but it is not required.
The FPSC is accessible in-person or virtually (WhatsApp/Telegram/Facetime), designed to suit families of all ages and abilities. As a parent of a disabled child, I ensure the course is inclusive, adaptable, and supportive of every participant.

I will require participants to have their camera/webcam activated for this consultation, so please ensure that you have privacy and distractions are at a minimum.
Please also ensure that any nearby phones, tablets etc. are switched off, or put on silent, so that the lesson can progress and conclude with all content covered and any questions that you may have are answered.
