CLASS TIMES AND LOCATIONS






There are 4 weekly group classes at present, with a 5th class starting in the new year.

Below is a map showing all four locations. If you scroll down the page you will find details of the three current classes, each with it's own map.


South London Urban Krav Maga weekly group class locations







Tuesdays 8:30* - 9.50 pm

Fitness First Cottons,

(Opposite London Bridge rail and Underground station. 2 minutes from The Shard. When construction is completed, the tallest building in the E.U.)
 
Please be advised that there is another Fitness First club in London Bridge, so that you do not arrive at the wrong one by mistake.

*Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time.

Please note:

i) There is no free car parking at Fitness First Cottons. Nearest free parking is on Southwark Street and Stainer Street (5-10 mins away). These are yellow routes, with no parking restrictions or congestion charge from 7:00 pm.

ii) The centre closes at 10:00 pm, so regrettably it is not possible to use the shower facilities after class.

Please note:

There is free secure car parking at the centre, but parking enforcement is in operation. The maximum parking time is 2.5 hours. Enough time for you to arrive for class 5-10 mins early and then after class have 15-35 mins before having to leave the car park. Again, please be aware that the max time is 2.5 hours and this is enforced by CCTV.

Kidbrooke is close to Lee Green, Blackheath and Greenwich. A few minutes drive from both Greenwich and Blackheath, near the Kidbrooke Interchange on the A2 (London bound) or just off the A20 (depending upon which direction you're driving from).

The club itself is next to the Kidbrooke Village Regeneration, the largest housing regeneration project in Europe (4,000 homes and a cost of £1bn).

Please note:

London Congestion Charge now ends at 6:00 pm, instead of 7:00. So if you travel by car, you can enter the zone just after 6:00 pm and have 30 minutes to get to the class.

There is free car parking nearby, after 6:30, giving you 5 minutes to walk over to the centre. If you park before then, you will have to pay for the parking up to 6:30.

Please ensure that you check the parking restrictions, as on some roads, one side can differ from the other. Ie: free after 6:30 pm, or permit holders until 8:00 pm.
